Never was into the Mystery Dungeon series (my sis is) but i might have a change in heart.

No spoilers, is the story pretty long and detailed with effort put into it (something like what b/w and oras did)? Is the gameplay similar to the previous game? And is the hunger more manageable and less intrusive in this game? Or you can ignore my questions and just tell me straight ^o^.

    This is my first game series, and I'm absolutely loving it! Can't say much about it compared to past games (heard it's way better than Gates to Infinity), but if you can enjoy the story from the mainseries games then you should easily like this one. The scope of it is pretty small though. And as long as you're good at resource management you should never lose health because of hunger.

    As for story, the Mystery Dungeon series is famous for the best stories in Pokemon. This one starts a bit slow, but is way better as it goes. My only real problem with it is that the main characters are forced to keep going forward with the story instead of goofing off with missions and training as much as you want. But if you want a break, you can always use different Pokemon on Pelipper Island.

    Thanks i think im starting to get the idea. I might look at a gameplay video or two, since I don't want to make the same mistake as i did with Project X Zone.

    PXZ was really a forced story game similar to Fire Emblem... Had done the 2nd difficulty too. Wonder if PXZ2 will do the same.

    It most likely is. The gameplay still the same and that was the biggest letdown for me (it made the combat get stale fast... and i play Disgaea).

    The story, in my honest opinion, is one of the best in any Pokémon game so far. It's got lots of exciting twists, and there was definetly a lot of thought put into it. The gameplay is very similar to the other games. Hunger can be a problem, but apples usually aren't too hard to find.
