It is made of dead golems... But seriously, you pretty much need a Divine Quality Demonic Pickaxe that has both Sweet Spot Strike+ and Sweet Spot Strike ++ to crack that thing open.

I hope you have Demi-Creator in Blacksmithing, otherwise you won't be able to get that kind of Demonic Pickaxe. But if you do have Demi-Creator Blacksmith, you'll need these ingredients as well as a Wisdom/Love/Bravery Orb and an Ancient Stone+.

The claws are a drop (not Bounty) from Demon Master on top floor of Trial of Darkness. Proof this rock IS mine-able with the correct pickaxe- it is still slow, but does work. I was Lv130 with that pick before I successfully mined it, so you should be good. The Demonic Pick is only good for Golem Stone. Other rocks, use a Spirit Pick using same 2 additional materials you did with Demonic.
