    tl;dr Its setting up for later payoffs. Slow start, but it's still a journey taking. I'm going to assume it's his first PMD. I thought my first one started off slow too (Explorers of Time in my case). I ended up quiting a third of the way in (in Time) and restarted from the beginning after taking a two week break from it. And shortly after I pushed past that point, the story picked up.

    It was due to the slow start's character and world building that I cared once the story finally DID go somewhere. Even incidental wastes of time or outright annoying parts (Smiles go for miles!) became fond memories by the end. I disagree with the namecalling. But the difference in setting/tone and pacing is a bit jarring coming from the main series. Take a break. Retry later with a fresh mindset.

    You dont need to tell the world that you hate this game. It is very disrespectful to people who happen to like the game. If someone said they hated something that you like (in a rude tone), I don't think you would like that. If you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself.

    Wow thing's are heating up arn't they? I don't find his post offensive to the community, I can pretty much tolerate anything said in Miiverse. Yeah I hate this game as well, and it game crashed along with my Pokemon stuck at level 0 for the rest of the game with Missingo watching my every move! Jokes aside it's good to know another person's perspective whether you agree or not. iloveMysteryDungeon
