Protip: Don't throw away your Plain seeds.

If you have a pokemon that knows the move Recycle, you can turn your Plain seeds into rare seeds such as Violent seeds, Vile seeds, Pure seeds, and sometimes even Oran berries!

The following pokemon can use Recycle: Munchlax, Porygon, and Garbodor. There's others, but those are the only ones that I know for sure can use it. Also, you need to be in a dungeon in order to do this.
