So I've been playing Clouds in FG for quite some time...you have a guaranteed KO if you're above 69% and do the Finishing Move that can fill up faster and cannot be lost than Lil Macs KO Meter...Ok Nintendo.

    This is phase 1 of the Cloud syndrome. It will be very "Cloudy" in FG and everyone will be like omgs so OP pls nerf Sakurai. Phase 2: People start to realise how to beat him (I already did) 3. End.

    Don't forget that "OP" down B only does one percent, which basically means there's no shield stun or damage, making it VERY unsafe on shields. I'd say nintendo actually did a very good job at balancing him.

    Nairo killed a ZSS with the Down B at 14% from the top screen with it. RIP xux Just search for NairoMk's youtube channel and you'll fine it. .o.

    But it can also KOs at mid Air which I'm barely finding that out (Thank you for that info, Clyde). Unlike Little Macs Air KO which takes over 100% damage and good perception to get the KO. Clouds Down B....It's something.
