Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U

Last time I played this game I played Classic Mode and I beat it with Megaman. Now, today I went to Classic Mode and it said that I didn't beat it with Megaman so I had to beat it again. Is there a reason y this happened or is it a glitch?
