Am I hosed?

The endgame dungeons have been chewing up my item supply like no-one's business. I am OUT of Oran Berries. I am OUT of Apples. I am OUT of Totter Orbs, Petrify Orbs and Guidance Wands. In terms of survival, I'm running on fumes, carrying a load of Revival Seeds on me. I think I'm FINALLY on the last dungeon, but I'm not sure if I can do it. Am I royally hosed?
