    to get 99 lives play the yoshi's island dlc stage then get all yoshis dont take damage and at the end you'll get some lives

    to get dlc for sonic lost world got to nintendo e shop (you cant do it unless you have a nintendo network ID) search sonic lost world and tap downloadable content and chose what you want

    p.s there's more dlc for more tap ''enter download'' enter in the code (code is in game box on one of the papers) tap the deadly six dlc wait for it to download (download takes forever) and you got it

    You don't have to have DLC to get 99 lives just play some stages that have a whole bunch of lives in them and you can get 99 lives pretty quickly! ;)

    well i had 99 lives theres a secret zone with 4 lives before the boss fight in desert ruins zone 2 when u find it keep killing ure self until u get 99 lives!!
