do u get to pick the pokemon you play as, or does the quiz determan the one your most like

    ok yay, i may get this game for christmas and i want fenicen, i wanna be a fire type so if im chosen to be a fire type (exept chimchar) ill go with that but if not ill make me fenican. still torn on who i want as a partner... thinking about piplup or totadile...

    yeah, I like having fire types as my main, water as my second. im actully new to the franchies (only played GTI) but ive seen a gameplay of EOT and based on those two games ive fell in love with the series. i also was sad that the quiz i heard about was not in the last one so im exited for this game. I chose tepig and oshuwatt for the last one btw

    I've been on board since i played the first one way back in like '06-'07, and i've actually played all 4! Explorers is really good, and Blue Rescue Team is a classic~ Right? I missed the quiz too, im glad it came back! I was a Pikachu in Gates, a Piplup in Explorers, and a Squirtle in the original! :p

    i actully do have a distant memory of playing a PMMD when i was about 7, but i was too little to understand pretty much any video game without my brothers help, and he wasnt too into the game. It was his game and ds. Now that game, nintendogs (another game i didnt understand at the time) and tetris i think dont work. I think it was EOT or darkness, i cant remember.

    I was about the same age then too, about 7 or 8. I think i had to play the original a few times to really get it. And then I played it again recently! In fact the it's still on my shelf~ I just barely remember nintendogs though, i think i only played it one or two times..

    yea me too, i got nintendogs and cats for my birthday last year so i finnaly get it. yay. as for EOT and or darkness, it broke after i (my brother) had it like for a month... All i remember is walking as a chimchar (coincedence, i hate chimchar) treeko following me (i think it was treeko) and skipping many lines if text cuz i couldent read them. I wasnt good at games.
