    No, I doubt it. Are your items full? If they are, then you can't pick anything else up until you use/trash/store an item.

    Do you have a Trap-proof emera on? Then you're probably stepping on a Ditto and the emera won't let it trick you. But if you really want to fight it, you can use the underfoot option and pick step.
