    He is. After all, all Pokémon should be treated equal, even Arceus. At least, that's how I see it.

    Yeah I agree with you, I'm mean just because they've treated most Legendaries (so far) better than other Pokémon (such as Latios + Latias and Entei)

    they did that just to reference gates to infinity in that game victini was an npc.and a shop keeper.
