    Yeah, but I think you need a ton (if not all) of the connections. Every pokemon other than Volcanion is recruitable.

    Ye, but Arceus's connection mission will only open when you've connected with all the other Pokémon in the game. Then you will have to traverse the 99 floor Destiny Tower to meet with Arceus and connect with it.
