    They give out Tiny Reviver Seeds like candy. If you're out, do some dungeons on Pelliper Island to restock, as for Yveltal, spam Alliance Attacks like crazy.

    I used blast seeds. they do a set 100 hp when eaten, so its gud. you can get them using wonder mail codes. Just search 'em up online and boom free blast seeds for all! i only used one here though.
