☆Question: Is it true that if it rains or snows one day and the next day is clear then the Reset Center will open? Because I waited until it's 8:00 the next clear day and they're not open. But there is an event going on. Could that be why it's not open?

    The time that it opens depends on if you have the early bird or night owl ordinance. Night owl opens later, and early bird opens earlier. Maybe that's what's causing your problems.
