Is this worth the $29.99 price?

I'm completely torn; I love Minecraft, but I just don't know if I can justify spending $30 on it...Somebody convince me otherwise!

    I realize that, but I want to know about the quality of the game compared to other versions. Things like: Do the controls make sense? Does the game hold up at 60fps? Are there any major glitches that should be patched before I decide to purchase? Stuff like that.

    I never really had a problem with the Xbox version (friend owned it), but let me ask it this way; if the PC version is out of the question, and the Wii U is my primary console, is it worth $30 to purchase it for the Wii U?
