For those who have Minecraft for the Wii U already, or is planning to get the game sometime later; will this version, or is different from other console versions'?!

    No, this version is the same as the Xbox abd Playstation versions, exept it might be getin' new Nintendo Skin Packs.

    And Mojang for some reason wants it to be behind the other console versions in version until next year. Maybe it was unavoidable for the cirucmstances, but in that case we should be charged less.

    This is basically exactly the same as the other console editions exept for two reasons, the latest console update hasn't been applied to Wii U version yet, and later Nintendo will make Nintendo themed skins, and mash up packs. ;)
