Stop whining about MOTHER 3.

It's kinda upsetting that the discussion section is flooded with "NINTENDU GIBE US MOMTHER TREE PLZ". Nintendo probably has a reason for why they haven't yet released it in the west, whether it be that they're currently working on localizing it or that they're waiting until sometime after the NX is released to release localized MOTHER 3, since the Wii U was a failure.

    @Giordi Even if the NX wasn't the next home console (even though Nintendo's already stated that "the 3DS is here to stay") it'd most likley be powerful enough to emulate GBA games, since the n3DS is already capable of doing so, and IIRC, the o3DS is also capable of doing GBA emulation at near full speeds if you have kernel access. I know not everyone has access to the fan translation, --

    -- but that's not Nintendo's fault. It's the fault of the person who has no access to the fan translation. Also, Nintendo obviously knows there's a large group of people outside of Japan who enjoy the MOTHER series, otherwise we wouldn't have EarthBound and EarthBound Beginnings on VC.     What? I'm pretty sure fans on Miiverse did nothing to help EarthBound Beginnings come to Wii U VC, considering they were planning on bringing EB: Beginnings to Wii VC, but they just never got around to doing so. I don't even get what you're interpreting what I'm saying as.

    @Chovskie Oh, I only mentioned that the R4 is capable of dumping GBA games. If you want a SLOT-1 card that emulates GBA games pretty well, I'd suggest a DSTWO. If you want a SLOT-2/normal GBA flashcart that runs games on actual DS/GBA hardware, I'd suggest an EZ-Flash.

    I never said anything about Beginnings. Iwata plainly stated that we got Mother 2 because of overwhelming miiverse crusades, much like right now. For a company to do that and not expect the fans to jump at the opportunity to do the same for its more coveted sequel is ludicrous; almost as much as the idea of a supposed fan being shocked we would retry this tactic for said sequel.

    Im still skeptical.this thing on miiverse, this is tiny compared to the last time the fandom tried to get M3.However, seeing as Miiverse is mostly little kids, thats not surprising.The fandom as a whole is generally alright with M3 for now.
