That's why I may not be able to hold off on buying Minecraft on Wii U! I own it on almost everything else, but Nintendo is where Minecraft is supposed to be :P

It's the original voxel, open-world sandbox game. The amount of things you can do in the game is startling for being what looks like a "simple" game. You can create explosive mechanisms, trap doors, enormous buildings that look like anything in real life, and even do so with all of your friends. I own a few Minecraft build books, and it's fun just to spend a couple hours designing contraptions

$30 is a little steep, imo; but it does come with several texture packs that you can use. And rumor has it that there may be some Nintendo texture packs, too

GoodGod almighty!! Is this a prank?!?! me and a couple hundred thousand people petitioned nintendo for them to get minecraft on wii u at least a year ago and they said no... so i had to settle for cube life... yet here we are!!!

I enjoy Cube Life and the new update later this month is going to really kick it up a notch. That being said, it's definitely no Minecraft haha Who knows, man, MS may have listened to you. THey're in the business of making money and there's a lot of it to be made via Nintendo customers. Smart business move, imo. JACK$$$, Let me know if you get it, I'm interested to hear what you think.

Bix has beat it and tells me it's brilliant. I believe he even mentioned the music. Last platform I played was Max and the curse of the brotherhood (free with Gold btw ( and that was absolutely worth it. I'll give Ori a shot. Rumor has it there may be a retail release. If so, I'll get that over digital

Ori is pretty good. I played it on PC. I'd give it a 8.5.
