Any pre-loaded texture packs?

I ask this because I saw pictures that included what looked like the icon for the City Texture pack (with other packs next to it), yet I don't see that pack available on the eshop. I'm just wanting to know since I'm a bit confused. Though pre-loaded or not, I still plan to get Minecraft later this month. Looks like fun on the U. :)
