Day 1 Rations seem to be arranged, but I still don't feel safe quite yet. Dylan, the youngest, is out collecting berries. We haven't seen anything worth hunting yet. My wife, Pauline is building a shelter. With any luck, we'll be eating in our new home tonight. My oldest son Jon and I will soon collect wood to kindle a signal fire. If I die out here and someone finds this, please find my family. J
