    You have to press 'A' AFTER the 4th combo swing. If you press it too early [during] the 4th swing, you'll go into the Hurricane. I recommend counting your attacks [the number of times you press A] and waiting until the sword swings back to where it started. On the 4th hit, it'll circle completely around you, so when it gets back in front of your character, press A.
