    I'm not quite sure I can explain how to do the actual puzzle in words, but I suggest using Flying Pikmin as they weigh nothing on the platforms!

    throw some yellow pikmin and 2 captins on the other one and make the one on the right rise up then throw some yellows and the other captin on the platform then switch to another captin and wisle the other captin throw them and some pikmin on the platform on the right of the 2nd scale then swith to the captin on the platform throw some yellows on the scales read my next coment for the next steps

    then have the captin on the platform whistle the captin not on the scale then throw one on the left of the 2nd scale and whistle some pikmin off the left of the scale and it will rise (the part I said gets you the secret memo) then switch to the captin on the right of the 2nd scale and get the fruit if you only want the fruit swarm your winged pikmin on it
