Question

Should I evolve my partner and I?

I really like their animations and harmless appearance, but I want moves like aura sphere, which I hope is ranged. Should I wait until I've gotten to a higher level, or go all out now? Can I still evolve at lvl100?

I read somewhere that you can evolve if you are at or above the required level. Also if you like the way the evolution looks then do it!
