Lucario Technique, Aura Hop. Press the Special button, cancel with a sheild, cancel sheild with a diagnal jump, press special button and upon landing, sheild, jump aura. (This causes aura sphere to charge more slowly but allowes you to move when doing so)[This can be done with Clouds down special]

I have done it with Mewtwo but it isn't very effective. I never tried it with Danky Kang...
