    I'm having a similar problem on EHM, except that everyone in general is a bit low on exp since I tried to improve my tactics score, but it was at the cost of exp. I'm thinking I may start over, but I corrected my error on the Four Fanged Offensive chapter and there's only a few chapters left, so I might be able to make it work.
