Recently played Brawl again with Marth and back in Brawl, Marth could slide by doing a sidestep (standing-dodge) while walking/running. He could also slide forward while doing a 'sword jab' by walking fast then quickly letting go of the control stick and pressing the normal attack button. Sadly, Marth lost these abilities in Smash4. However, Lucina has both of these sliding abilities in Smash4!
