Sheesh. Stop asking for Mother 3 to be translated.

Stop asking for Mother 3 to be translated in this community. Just let the Japanese players enjoy it. Nintendo is never going to localize Mother 3. You have to remember that Nintendo is still a company, and it wouldn't be a smart business move to localize it here since it most likely won't sell well at all.

    However, Earthbound was supposed to be a Japan only Eshop title before the fans started asking for it. You're not going to get anywhere unless you start fighting for it.

    But it was already translated and everything, meaning no work to translate it. Arguing with me is going to do nothing and you guys desperately grabbing at my post as if I had the power to translate it is getting old. It's not gettinf translated. Get over it.

    Did you just say that you have the power to translate it? What? Look. Mother 3 is a ten year old game. Nintendo is going to be around for a very long time. Saying that Mother 3 is never going to get translated by Nintendo is extremely ignorant and honestly silly. Nintendo hasn't been listening to their fans unlike other companies which are doing far more better than them. I'm still faithful.

    For many of the comments, I see very little "grasping" and more people posing legitimate counterarguments that you either seem to write off without acknowledgement or just blatantly disagree with without really supporting your point. It'd be more mature if you could actually back your arguments up with facts.

    Additionally, I don't understand why you insist on being a downer on everyone who's trying to support this game. The community may not be using the page for its intended purpose, but it's not like what they're doing is a crime or something terrible. They're fighting for a cause in this way because it has become a proven method. Trying to "knock some sense" into them is largely pointless.

    Yes, Peridot. This debate is still going on and WILL until Mother 3 gets it's western release. = ) Is it still going on in this post, specifically with Mr. Jake, who talks as if he is a spokeman for Nintendo with all the inside information and answers? Hopefully not. lol.
