Welcome to a side run of mine: FE7 Prepromotes Only. I did this in my copy of FE6. Rules are simple: -Main fighters are the game's prepromotes (except Athos) -Lords are allowed -One healer is allowed -Ninian/Nils are allowed -One thief is allowed -Others can serve as rescue bots I'm doing this on Eliwood Normal for simplicity. Marcus alone does well, but we'll see :)

    Honestly, Marcus could probably solo everything up to Isadora, and then the really great prepromotes like Pent and Harken show up. You probably don't need healers or rescuebots.

    Yeah, probably not. But Prissy will be a regular healer since the only other choice would be Pent in this run XD FE7's prepromotes are pretty damn good overall.

    They do, if you have them kill nonpromoted units unecessaraily.

    That's definitely not the case all of the time though. I was able to make prepromotes only work in ENM without any major problems. My only regret is that Athos and Nils thrawted my plan of using all of the prepromotes throughout.
