I found this monster spawner with a skeleton in it and how do i just make water kill them?

so i can get infinity arrows and bones!

    It's endermen that get hurt by water. You might want to place a few torches around the spawner to make it dorment.

    No, the only mob that's vulnerable for water is the Enderman. (The best way to get infinite arrows is to enchant your bow with Infinity)

    You mine out a few blocks, and dump water all around it so every skeleton gets in the water.Make sure that ALL the watter flows down the little hallway you mined be sure to NOT HAVE WATER on the final block, and dig one block down where theres no water. from there, mine upwords untill you reach the surface so that in the day, you get arrows and bones for bonemeal.
