    It's mostly strength, but it also has to do with angles. I once had a really weak friend try and beat me in an arm wrestling match and almost succeeded. Luckily I know my math, teehee (^-^)

    Des Guy. I never really have arm wrestled all that much in my life. I remember everyone wanting to arm wrestle when I was a weak kid but as I got older and stronger it's like no one wanted to arm wrestle anymore xD Plus there is such a thing as being to strong for your own good. I've seen videos on youtube of guys breaking their arm bone; that usually happens when they try the "skill" thing.

    Bones are really strong when it comes to compression but when is comes to twisting, not so much. And I think that having small bones could rise your risk of breaking your arm bone while arm wrestling; My wrist is 6.5 inches in circumference, that's small boned for a man. Average is 7.0 inches and large boned is 7.5 inches and above.
