If I got this game would it be better than Xbox? Does this version have servers?

Last year xbox was better but this year wii u git splatoon and mario maker so that made it better than xbox not to mention xbox mostly has first person shooter,which are kind of overrated with exceptions.

Only bad thing about minecraft wii u: splitscreen can't play with a gamepad and a pro controller. so you can only play splitscreen with pro controllers.
