    if your at rage you can possibly get a fast fall up air to finishing touch(down b) for an early kill. Spacing your nairs perfectly gives you some rewards , oh and make sure you down tilt or up b in a sticky situation but in my opinion d-tilt is your safest option. make sure you pressure with your down air at the ledge. if you want pratice my brother is really good with cloud.
