    He joins over halfway through the game at a low level and has to deal with not having an Enemy Phase unit promotion. That being said, due to being fast and having a mount, he isn't terrible. Also, your Rath is just RNG blessed. I could post an RNG screwed Rath, say that he sucks, and my argument would have as much merit as yours.

    Yes, I understand my Rath got blessed, but mainly in skill (like, by 7 points!). I still find Rath a really good unit, though.

    He isn't terrible at all. He's the only mounted bow user in the game, which gives him some important utility, and you can train him in Lyn Mode. He's still mediocre due to poor availability and bowlock until promotion.

    @J.t In Lyn Mode you can boss abuse trash tier characters like Wallace and Wil to good levels. That doesn't make them good, as it takes a ton of turns and you could do the same thing for actually good units like Sain, Kent, and Florina with better results.

    @J.t- I honestly don't like to boss abuse, unless it's for grinding Clerics. @meme team- Wil isn't all that bad. He's basically a slower, more powerful Rebecca. Both of them are pretty good, properly trained.

    Wil's only real use is to plink off the PKs in his join chapter, that he just so happens to get doubled by. Rebecca is even worse, as she does like 4 damage to anything that's not a PK and she doesn't have Lyn Mode to be trained in.

    @meme team: Rebecca has more availability than Wil, & doesn't have to compete 4 deployment slots for a decent while. @j.t: Wallace is bad, though. He's in the Armor Knight class. If you skip Lyn's story, he's auto-promoted with bases that aren't too special for when he joins. If you don't, giving his Knight's Crest to Sain or Kent ensures that won't be able to survive his re-recruitment in HHM.

    I still think that Wil is better than Rebecca because he can potentially be useful with Lyn Mode training, but they're both pretty bad.

    I don't really like archers in general. Rebecca and Louise are good along with Rath, but I don't necessarily like Wil.
