Oh please it's just the circle of life! One month will be the Pikmin mercilessly destroying the wildlife and multiplying instantaneously with the help of their gods and then the next month the gods leave and the Pikmin are soon killed off by the predators. Finally the next month the gods return again with one more person and the cycle restarts. Isn't that beautiful!!!
