Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon

Does anyone know how to get Togekiss and Garchomp? They're two of my all time favorite pokemon, and I have a team in mind for them, but as you can see I'm pretty far yet still don't have them. I saw someone who had Togekiss with only 200 connections so I must be missing something, so please help if ya can!
