Remind me again why it still isn't possible to reach inside your 3DS and hug Pokemon? This is why there needs to be a 4DS. ...Also, that's the adorable Celebi from the second game.

She's the same Celebi from Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky, who had a major role in the plot of that game, she's pink cause she's a Shiny Celebi.
