Question

I'm disappointed

Well Nintendo, you officially broke me, first I paid money for games on the eShop, okay, 3DS got stolen, and does this have any sort of cloud save? Nope. Next, I got Super Mystery Dungeon… can get passed the tutorial stage because THE L BUTTON DOESN'T WORK! Is there a setting to switch controls like in Smash? NOPE! Nintendo, why do this?

Answer: Because they don't know that Your 'L Button' won't work on 'Your 3DS' and they had no control over it getting stolen.

dunno if this helps you but by accesing your nintendo network id you can get your old games in a new console, however, by doing this you will lost the current games of that console 4ever

Won't work, I tried, an NNID can only be on 1 system ever, (without system transfer) you can switch NNIDs with the Wii U, but it doesn't transfer anything, which sucks

talk to nintendo customer service, explain the situation, and, if you can prove that you own that NNID (like giving it's name account and/or the password) you shouldn't have problem to recover it :)
