    Thank you and yeah the lives do help...I learned to go back and GET SOME STRONGER MONSTERS! These Koopa's and that money bag have BAD stats...I need Hammer bros and more...Time to farm/grind

    I'm pretty sure it's designed so you have to use lives. They seem to cap at 9, so I don't mind using them.
