Question

Is there a command to throw stones and sticks without going into the bag?

I know in previous Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games you press L+R, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

    I want the character I'm controlling to be able to throw stones or sticks without going into the bag.

    If I'm correct than those rules still apply. Just equip it to you character then press L+R at the same time.

    I tried over and over again, L+R does not throw stones when it's registered or equipped.

    You have to go into the bag in order to have your leader use throwable items, there is no other way. Also, you don't need your teammates to equip stones or sticks to throw them. If you go to your inventory, select the throwable item and set it, your teammates will throw that stick/stone without them equiping it.

    Ugh, I was afraid of that. Still wish is was a command instead of scavenging through my bag just to throw it.
