    He is one of my favorites of the Mario characters. I think Red Shy Guy is my favorite of the Shy Guys.

    I don't know if you unlock them. Shy guy and Yoshi, when selected, come in several colors...but that may need to be unlocked.

    Oh, I just found out. When you download the two bonus packs with Zelda and Animal Crossing, you get the different colored Yoshis and Shy Guys.
