    after u chase down one of the legendary birds, it will hide there where u can catch it. depending on the starter u choose, it'll be either moltres, articuno, or zapdos.

    after u beat the elite4, go into any grass until u see the bird. it'll escape so u have to go to the pokedex, find the bird in it, and pull up the map showing its location. DO NOT FLY THERE. once u are at the route go in grasses until u see it. it'll escape again. repeat the process until the map says its in sea spirits den. it is lvl 70. save before u enter the cave. hope i helped.
