What lvl i should be?

I mean, i'm in the chapter 7 and i'm lvl 14, i don't know if i'm in the right lvl or in a lower one.

    You'll be at a lower level than you would like for the entire game, until the story ends. You level up slower in this iteration of the series, and there's no dojo. Not to mention the game pushes you constantly... For reference, by the time Ch. 22 rolled around, my characters were level 25-ish. Just work with what you have.
