    Technically, It is one attack with multiple hits, not multiple attacks. And I don't own the game, so I know diddly-squat about it XD

    Since Unburden can only be triggered when the Pokemon is not carrying an item, it can't be combined with a Barrage emera. You can only use one or the other.
