Question about perfecting levels.

This picture shows what I collected on my first run of World 1-3. In order to perfect it, do I ONLY have to grab the fifth flower and the first yarn bundle, or do I have to grab everything again?

    most nintendo games try just getting what you missed. it often works. i know of kirby and mario games that worked like that too
