Seeing some reviews online say only the Super Mario Bros. Edition is good. I think both are great.

    Both are pretty cool. Z has the classic PaD look and feel, but with a twist on the mechanics. The Mario edition is the classic PaD playstyle with a theme everyone recognizes. Sure it's slightly simpler (and some skills/monsters were nerfed), both are great games. :)

    Eh...they're both different games that appeal to different people. None of them are bad or anything. I'm surprised all those reviews liked Mario more though. From what I've seen, there's more of an even split over whether people prefer Z or Mario. (Which goes to show that they're both good games, just different).
