HELP!!!

I have to beat a dungon and I can't beat sence no healing items/revives so how do I get more Items?(Already did Keclon Shop today )

    Use Pelipers Island since it has an indie sent shop that resets every time you go to Pelipers island Just be careful as you can't be rescued if you faint in Pelipers island
