so far in the island escape game i've noticed dog characters can smell things in spaces near them. cat characters can fish without a pole. wolf characters are loners and won't use tools. bear characters are experts with honey. bunny characters are sleepers, let them sleep a bit and they will more than double their movement. I haven't tried the other types yet.
