Okay, using 2 3DS Systems, I am trying to manipulate the Friend Safari to get Water Themed, but I can't quite get lucky! Friend Codes would help, but unfortunately that's not allowed on Miiverse because of the Code of Conduct. I can't register a lot of friends because of that, so what do they expect an Autistic person like me to do?! I'm desperate to Net Ball a female Wartortle & Frodadier...

    Finally, I got Water Safari & got Female Wartortle! I will use her in a Net Ball as a breeding tool to breed Net Ball Squirtles.
