    actually, thats the thirteenth. the 10th is 10 and 11 because he regenerated and kept the same face. 12 is matt smith and thats why the crack in the wall helps him. it gives him an extra regeneration, when he is only supposed to have twelve.

    not true when the tenth regenerated into him self he focused all his regeneration energy on his hand that was cut of so it obzorebed it thus making another doctor that was human because dannas dna was put into it when she touched it.
