PowerSaves isn't a game. it is a device tht Can Basically Hack a 3ds game or amiibo(depending on the type of powersaves u use) and changes/ gives anything or everything to meet the Powersaver's wants/needs depending on the needs and the saves tht are available.

@ masquerade: sadly it isn't possible even with Powersaves. regular celebi is a selection but the partner becomes Arceus... there are Limits tht the Powersaves has while Action Replay does not have these limits except for working on ds games.
